Lease-Purchase Program
The Housing Corporation has created a program to help ease renters into home ownership with a lease-purchase program.
This program allows households to move into a home and pay rent at the same price of their projected low-cost mortgage payment. While renting, the potential homeowners will prepare for the responsibility of homeownership. Case management will assist them by following a plan established during the counseling process.
