How do I apply?
Contact The Housing Corporation for an application. Detailed instructions will be provided over the phone. Applications can be picked up in person or mailed.
Applications will not be processed until ALL documents have been submitted for review.
Financial Assistance available to all residents of Charlotte County Florida who qualify for the program.
PLEASE NOTE:
All homeowners are eligible for foreclosure counseling assistance through the Housing Corporation of Charlotte County, Inc., regardless of household income. Income restrictions only apply to households in need of financial assistance.
