Counseling is required by HUD before a homeowner can obtain a federally-insured reverse mortgage.
If you are a senior considering a reverse mortgage, one of our HUD certified HECM counselors will perform a complete review of your financial situation and discuss all options available to you. A fee of $125.00 will be charged for this service
